Good to Know Before Your Stay

We’re a relaxed, easygoing B&B, and our goal is to make your time here comfortable and stress-free. To help everything run smoothly, here are a few important things to know before you arrive:

Check-In Requirements

Because we operate as a self check-in property, all guests must complete:

Online check-in, and

Our rental agreement

Without these, we cannot send your check-in instructions or door code. Once completed, everything is sent automatically so your arrival is seamless.

We do not take reservations from Travel Agents unless approved by phone. Sorry, we want to communicate directly with our guests without the middle person.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Check-out: 10:00 AM
Please plan accordingly so we can prepare the property for all guests.

Breakfast Information

Breakfast is always provided, but it changes seasonally:

May–October: Hot breakfast served at 8:00 AM

Due to summer temperatures, it must be taken away after 15 minutes if not picked up.

October–April: Deluxe continental breakfast is available.

Each room also includes pour-over coffee for anytime enjoyment. In the Summer, we have a Barista named Phillips that can make you a few options in the morning, but Phillips doesn't work with Milk substitutes, sorry Dairy Lattes only

Children & Guest Policy

For safety and comfort reasons, we cannot host babies or children under 5.
This ensures a peaceful, consistent experience for all guests.

We’re in the newer part of Hope, close to:

Fast food

Supermarket

Restaurants

Mountainview Brewing Co.

Wallace Street is a 5–10 minute walk, with most shops open until 3–4 PM.
You can still visit the iconic Rambo carving anytime.

The Othello Tunnels are just a 10-minute drive away (seasonal access).

A Note From Us

We truly want you to enjoy your stay. We also work additional jobs to keep this place running, so while we’d love to welcome every guest at the door, it’s simply not possible. This is why self check-in ensures you get everything you need, even when we’re working to maintain the B&B.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival

After this period, your card will be charged according to the policy on your reservation.

Your Room is only Secure with a Valid Credit Card or full payment
